Michael Cooper "Still very youthful, the vibrant 2021 vintage (4*) was grown in the Far North, hand-picked and tank-fermented with indigenous yeasts. Bright, light lemon/green, it is fresh, mouth filling and dry, with very good depth of citrusy, peachy, slightly appley flavours, balanced acidity and a tightly structured, dry, lingering finish. Best drinking 2023+."
